What is the delivery charge?

Free UK Delivery on all products with an option to upgrade to next business day courier delivery at £6.
For deliveries to Ireland we charge a flat rate of £16 for courier delivery.

Can I collect my order?

Sorry but no, we are solely an online retailer and your order will be dispatched directly from our factory warehouse. For logistic, security and insurance reasons we cannot permit collections.

When will you dispatch my order?

For orders for in stock items placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) we will dispatch your order the same day, for order placed after this time we will endeavour to dispatch the same day if possible, if not it will be dispatched on the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

For items sent by courier you should expect delivery the next business day after we have sent the order (two business day service applies for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Scilly Isles). Orders that are sent by Royal Mail should reach you within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to pay using this method.

How can I check on the status of my order?

We will email you to keep you informed of your orders progress and when it has been dispatched. You can also check your order status at any time by clicking on “My Account” at the top of the page where you can view the status of your present and past orders.

What happens if I am not in when the courier or Royal Mail try and deliver my order?

If no one is in to accept your order then you will be left a card and the goods will be returned to your local depot. You may contact the courier or Royal Mail as appropriate to arrange a suitable redelivery date, or alternatively it may be possible to collect the order from your local depot (please confirm this with the depot first). Identification will be required if you want to collect from the depot.

What happens if the item I want is not available?

We try very hard to make sure that stock availability on our web site is accurate and up to date but very occasionally, due to unforseen problems, a product you have selected may be unavailable. If this is the case we will suggest an alternative or confirm when the product will be available or you may cancel the order.

What if I need technical help?

Please contact us and we will try to help. Please include your order/invoice number or postcode and full name and details of your vehicle where relevant.

What if I need to make a return?

If you have a problem with a product or wish to return an unused item for a refund within the cancellation period please contact us for instructions and a return number, quoting your order number or invoice number. Our return policy for order cancellations can be found here.

What do I do should I have a complaint?

We always strive to keep our customers happy but we are honest enough to admit that very occasionally things do go wrong. Should you in any way feel dissatisfied with any part of our service then please contact us here and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

What are your opening hours?

We are usually open to answer email Monday to Friday 10.00am – 5.00pm (excluding bank holidays), response times will vary depending on the current work load but we always try to reply within 24 hours.
